1. Services
We provide digital services such as website design, branding, SEO, and consultations based on the description of each package.
Clients are required to provide a complete brief and necessary materials to start the project.

2. Copyright
All final designs and files belong to the client once the project is complete and fully paid.
We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a written exclusivity agreement is made.

3. Payment
Full payment must be made upfront before the work begins.
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, unless a project agreement is already in progress.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide feedback and revisions within 7 business days.
If no response is received for more than 14 days, the project will be considered completed automatically.

5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, system failures, or third-party issues.

6. Client Data Protection
We are committed to keeping all client data, information, and materials confidential throughout the collaboration.
Client data such as name, email, logo, website content, and strategic information will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
The bolehDesign team will only use this data for project execution and relevant internal communication.
Clients have the right to request complete deletion of their data from our system after the project is completed.
