Refund Policy

As the services we offer are custom digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable once the work has begun.

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The project has not been started at all.

• The client has made a duplicate payment by mistake.

To request a valid refund, please contact us within 3 business days after payment at: support@bolehdesign.my.id

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method.
